The SIMS reports provide a comprehensive and detailed analysis of the summative assessment data at both individual pupil and cohort level, and by disadvantaged groups. For a full description of the information provided by each report, please ensure that you refer to the Report Catalogue (PA001). Before attempting to download any of the report files, please ensure that you refer to the instructions for downloading a file (PA005).

The UDG reports are OPTIONAL versions of the reports for use with User Defined Groups (ONLY download if you plan to use such groups).

For advice and support on using these materials, schools supported by Technology in Schools should contact our Service Desk on 01438 844777. Schools not supported by Technology in Schools should contact their own SIMS support team for help with general SIMS or AM7 queries, e.g. creating or using marksheets, deleting data.

For specific help with interpreting our reports please refer to the Report Catalogue (PA001) and also the Info sheet that is included as the last sheet on every report that is generated.

Note: Schools who are using a Capita hosted version of SIMS will need to download and import the digitally signed versions of the SIMS reports.
