The HFL Early Year’s team have developed tools to guide and support practitioners in recording and evaluating the work they do to make a difference to children in receipt of funding. This individual tracker for EYPPG and PPG children will contextualise outcomes for children by documenting how changes to provision are responsive to summative assessment information across the year.
