Antiracist School Audit (ASA)
Whether you’re an urban or rural setting the Antiracist School Audit (ASA) supports you in auditing your whole-school approach to racial equity and antiracism.
With a three-stage process and total of up to 3 hours of online consultancy plus a digital download of the ASA Guide document you’ll have all the resources you need to evaluate your current practices across the following key areas: leadership, curriculum and resourcing, recruitment, retention and development, and stakeholders. Additional consultancy hours are available to purchase as needed.
The audit tool is shared when you have your introductory consultation session and through the consultative process, you are guided to identify actionable steps that foster inclusive practices and improve outcomes for pupils, parents, staff, and governors.
On completion of the audit, you will:
- have a clear understanding of their current position on racial equity and antiracism
- identify areas for development and create actionable steps for improvement
- be able to embed a racially literate approach across leadership, curriculum, and staff development
- gain strategies for engaging with and supporting all stakeholders
- achieve a certificate of completion upon successful review of the audit.
