The HR services knowledge portal provides a wealth of materials including streamlined policies (consulted upon with recognised trade unions which means that schools and academies don’t have to) template letters, basic and specialist practice notes and regular education/employment news.
You can also browse and book on HR training courses and workshops on our HFL Hub.
Our mission is to support schools to get the best from their people so that they can deliver the best possible education for children. Our team have significant HR and education sector experience and a long history of providing HR services to schools over many years.
